The Complete Leader Program is an executive MBA-style leadership development program designed to identify and develop specific leadership skills that will help participants excel in current and future roles. The primary objectives of this program will be able to:

  1. Increase self awareness
  2. Develop awareness and skills that support working with and leading teams
  3. Help each participant grow specific, relevant leadership skills including professional soft skills

The Complete Leader Program is delivered in a company-dedicated format comprised of selected professionals from a single company or to a cohort of professionals from the same region. Programs are tailored to the makeup of the participants and includes regular group meetings, team projects, and individual coaching.

Each participant receives a comprehensive, 55-point analysis that uncovers a their behaviors, motivators/driving forces, acumen, and their unique competencies. The results of this assessment help us tailor their individual development plan and group focus. Upon completing The Complete Leader program, participants return to their companies with greater self-awareness, enhanced ability to work with and lead teams, and better developed professional soft skills.

Each cohort develops a hierarchy of priorities around the leadership skills most relevant to them and the organizations they represent. At the same time, participants will have access to additional resources throughout the program. These resources include coaching guides, videos, podcasts, articles, book recommendations and blogs for each of the 25 leadership skills. One benefit of these additional resources is that the participants gain an extensive library of practical solutions that will extend well beyond the completion of the program.
